The Municipality of Deloraine-Winchester wishes to inform residents that applications for the 2026 Seasonal Dust Control Program are now being accepted. 

Residents interested in applying must contact the Municipal Office by 12:00pm, Friday, June 5th 2026 @ 204-747-2655 or email admin@delowin.ca 

The cost for the 2026 season for residents is $0.422 cents per applied litre. The Municipality will pay up to $100.00 for costs associated with the application of dust suppressant.

Please note that the Municipality cannot guarantee the effectiveness of the dust control suppressant. Once applied, no refunds will be issued. The dust suppressant is intended to reduce, but not eliminate, dust on roadways. Additionally, the Municipality is not responsible for any privately applied dust control products and will maintain roadways as deemed appropriate by the Public Works Department.
