Deloraine Winchester Swimming Pool was constructed in 1980 as a result of fundraising through the Deloraine Elks and Lions groups collectively. The heating system for the pool initially was constructed with solar panels and replaced with a natural gas system in 1998.

The pool is open seasonally from June to September.

The Jewel of the Turtle Mountains!

A beautiful 9-holed course situated at the north end of the Turtle Head Dam, just a short drive from Deloraine, features a 36 par, well treed fairways, water hazards, challenging grass greens and provides a memorable golfing experience. After your round relax in the spacious licensed clubhouse overlooking the course. Large group and functions can be easily accommodated.

We host a variety of tournaments throughout the year featuring our major men’s tournament in July “BIG ROCK” and Ladies tournament in August “LITTLE ROCK”.

Instructed by Dolores, Wayne, and  Darren Howden. Sessions run from September to spring.

The Manitoba Wildlife Federation Hunter Safety Course and the Canadian Firearms Course  are  taught as well as weekly target practice. We are members of the Manitoba Junior Rifle Clubs Committee, and send teams to provincial competition, annually.  Students have to be 10 years of age or older to register.

Deloraine is part of a regional group consisting of Deloraine, Hartney, Elgin and Souris with the Southwest Snow Trackers.

Trails are groomed and maintained by the club throughout our region. You must purchase a snow pass through any Manitoba Public Insurance office to ride the trails. For more information on trails you can also visit www.snoman.mb.ca.

Deloraine Breakfast Club

Developed and initiated by Deloraine’s own Bob Caldwell, the Breakfast Club program was started to give players a chance to come to the rink once a week to do basic individual puck control and skating drills. The program starts in October running until first of February every Wednesday morning at 7:30 am. Breakfast is provided to the kids. This program is free of charge.

Deloraine Curling Club hosts a Mens' league twice a week and Ladies league once a week.   Afternoon curling is Wednesdays at 1:30 and a junior program is offered after school throughout the seasons.  Various bonspiels are hosted throughout the season.  For more information regarding the club please contact president Lorne Sambrook – 204-522-5655 or check out Facebook at Deloraine Curling Club
